A 90-minute live workshop that teaches you the neuroscience behind your introvert wiring - and the exact communication frameworks to ask for what you need without guilt, incompetence, or aggression.
✓ You know your stuff but struggle to respond on the spot - and you're tired of looking incompetent when you're actually just thorough.
✓ You're exhausted from draining people (family, colleagues, 'needy' friends) and don't know how to protect your energy without being rude.
✓ You communicate clearly in writing but people constantly misinterpret you as angry or aggressive.
✓ You want to understand why you need time to think, time to recharge, and time alone - not just that you do.
✓ You've tried setting boundaries but they either don't stick or come out all wrong.
✓ You're done apologising for needing what you need to function.
✓ You want the science and the strategy - not just tips or validation.
Most advice about introversion gives you one of two things:
Neither works.
Validation without strategy leaves you feeling seen but still stuck.
Tips without understanding leave you with scripts you can't stick to because you don't know why they matter or how to explain them.
This workshop gives you both.
The neuroscience gives you permission and language.
The communication frameworks give you scripts you can actually use.
The redesign process gives you a path to stop fighting yourself.
You'll walk away with:
I'm an introvert with over 20 years' experience designing and delivering transformational learning - and a qualified coach.
After working on a project for Google where I facilitated training to over 5,000 people across 169 countries, I began noticing a pattern:
It was most commonly introverts who were struggling with Imposter Syndrome, limiting beliefs, and feeling 'not enough'.
This had been my story too. I just hadn't realised I wasn't alone.
I began researching the neuroscience of introversion, and when I discovered why my brain worked the way it did, everything changed.
I wasn't incompetent. I wasn't difficult. I wasn't too slow.
I was just using the wrong operating system.
Understanding the science gave me the language to advocate for myself without guilt or apology. It gave me permission to design my life differently. It gave me confidence that needing time to think wasn't a weakness - it was how I'm wired to do my best work.
Now I help other introverts do the same.
I'm known as a 'world-class' facilitator (by NPS and feedback data), and this work - helping introverts stop apologising for how they're built - is what I'm most passionate about.
"Sam was absolutely fantastic. She held the session really well and created a community that spanned across the world within minutes. I was really impressed."
