I'm an introvert with over 20 years' experience of designing and delivering transformational learning experiences - and a qualified coach.
After working on a project for Google on which I facilitated training to over 5k people across 169 countries, I began to notice a pattern emerging: across the globe, it was most commonly introverts who were struggling with limiting beliefs and Imposter Syndrome - with feeling 'not enough'.
This had been my story too and I hadn't realised I wasn't alone.
I began to research introversion and when I discovered the neuroscience behind introversion, everything clicked. I wasn't failing, or weird or lacking in some way - I was just using the wrong operating system.
Now I help other introverts understand their wiring and stop apologising for how they're built, whilst helping companies to better understand, and support, their introverted talent.
